Every summer we had the choice to empty the mart shelf anytime we wanted and buy all the unhealthy, filled with empty calories drinks from the supermarket but this time we have restricted time to buy stuff and what if you or your family start to have craving for drinks after the shops are closed? Finding healthy yet appealing beverages for your family can be difficult. No worries we have got your back. 1-Water

Water and Milk are the best for people of every age. Water is a golden drink, it is the best choice to quench thirst, is easy to get and has tons of benefits. Staying hydrated is crucial for health but many people do not consume enough fluids daily. To encourage yourself to drink more water make sure to have a water bottle near you or download apps that can help you keeping track of the water consumption and also reminds you to drink water after a certain amount of time according to your routine. You should consume daily but make sure to drink at least 8-12 glass of water daily.  A few things to keep in mind about dehydration:
