Depression:

Ah! From where to begin with depression is a serious medical illness that affects how you feel, the way you think, and how you act. Depression causes feelings of sadness and loss of interest in things or activities you once enjoyed. It can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems.
Fortunately, it is also treatable.

What is depression and what can I do about it?

Sadness, feeling down, loss of interest can be major causes. But if it persists and affects our lives substantially the issue may be depression. A person with depression may experience persistent sadness. Depression also known as Major Depressive Disorder, is a mood disorder that makes you feel constantly sad or lack interest in life. But when intense sadness including feeling helpless, hopeless, and worthless – lasts for many days or two weeks and keeps you from living your life, it may be something more than sadness. You could have Clinical Depression too, but that too is a treatable medical condition.

Is Depression and Anxiety Curable?

To be speaking honestly there’s no cure the symptoms might go over time, but the condition won’t until or unless you work and figure it out and mentally prepare yourself to get rid of it and with care and treatment you can remission and live and enjoy a long healthy life.

Feeling nervous, restless, or tense, having a sense of fear of danger or intense panic, trembling
feeling weak or tired, loss of interest in almost everything, trouble concentrating or thinking about anything other than the present worry, and others are some of the common symptoms of anxiety and depression.

A cognitive distortion is an exaggerated or irrational thought pattern involved in psychopathological states such as Depression and Anxiety.

In the end, I would just like to say that both #Depression and #Anxiety are treatable and curable. However, if dealt with and diagnosed at right time and treated accordingly.
