Consistency requires willpower to achieve. Use your imagination because it is a powerful technique for improving willpower. Remember, your willpower helps you to cope with many things in your life.

When you think negatively you are making yourself less likely to be able to hold to your consistent actions. When you’re stuck in a negative spiral, talk to people who can put things into perspective and won’t feed your negative thinking.
