What is Sun Damaged skin?
In simple words, we can say that skin damage occurs due to the exposure of skin to the ultraviolet radiation (UV rays). It tans or burns or damages the skin. This happens because ultraviolet radiations damage the DNA of skin cells. Studies prove that almost 300 women found that ultraviolet radiations are responsible for 80 percent of skin aging in women. This causes wrinkles and changes the texture of the skin.

You can repair your skin at home by keeping your skin hydrated. Drinking plenty of water can help you to keep your skin hydrated. This will reduce the risks of dehydration and prevents the skin from sun damages.
3- Intake of Vitamin-C rich Foods
