Try to keep a water bottle with you every time and refill when necessary as it is hard to come out from the blanket in cold by every hour.

It is tempting to take a long steamy shower in cold weather, but you should avoid using excessively hot water when washing your hands and take a shower, so that causes your skin to turn red when it’s too hot.
